Nine-month review: Climate change and the future of health and care service delivery in Wales: Building resilience to rising sea levels & flooding

The whole project at nine months: the three work packages, detailed progress on WP1, and the plan for the next six months.

This is my nine-month review presentation as part of my PhD. It steps back from any single piece of work and lays out the whole PhD: how floods and rising seas disrupt healthcare delivery in Wales, and what I am doing about it.

The talk introduces the three connected work packages, then spends most of its time on the first, where the work is furthest along. That part covers the disruption taxonomy, the engineered text-mining pipeline, the Welsh case studies and the partner network behind them, and the two blockers that gate the next phases. It closes on what the past nine months produced and what the next six will deliver: a paper, a deployed product, and the start of work package two.
