Floods and rising sea levels keep disrupting how healthcare is delivered in Wales. Yet, where the water goes is mapped, not what stops working. The talk walks through the three connected work packages. The first builds the missing evidence base with a text-mining pipeline and Welsh case studies. The second identifies which facilities are vulnerable and what drives that vulnerability. The third plans for uncertain futures using optimisation under uncertainty.
